At Cruise, Christian translated complex autonomous-vehicle data workflows into clear, practical training systems for distributed operational teams. Working between Cruise data stakeholders, Ground Truth Operations, and international vendor workforces, he developed step-by-step learning materials that helped teams understand project objectives, labeling standards, and quality expectations across LIDAR- and RADAR-supported initiatives.

His work included building and maintaining Google Sites curricula, designing vendor taxonomies and navigation systems, producing tutorial videos, writing data briefs, supporting live virtual training sessions, and reviewing labeled street-data outputs for accuracy. The role required turning highly technical concepts into concise visual instruction that could be understood and applied consistently across global teams.

Training Systems & Information Architecture

Designed vendor-facing taxonomies and navigation systems, then populated Google Sites curricula with simplified explanations of complex LIDAR- and RADAR-related projects. The goal was to make technical objectives, object classes, and labeling standards easier to understand and apply across international vendor teams.
